Processing and Shipping Times:

Any in-stock item(s) can take up to 2 BUSINESS DAYS to PROCESS and SHIP. Once shipped, packages can take up to 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS to be delivered. All orders are shipped through USPS or UPS, depending on the courier you select at checkout. You will receive an email update with tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped.

Pre-Order Shipping Time Frame:

The estimated shipping date for all pre-order items is included in the item description. Please note that this date is approximate and may change. If you purchase both in-stock and pre-order items in a single order, your in-stock item will ship with the pre-order item when it becomes available. To receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders for in-stock and pre-order items.

Responsibility for Packages:

Once your tracking information is updated and scanned by USPS or UPS, Haldhan is NOT responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We do not have control over your package once it leaves our facility.

If you have not received your package but have a tracking number, we recommend contacting USPS or UPS for further assistance.
