Return & Exchange

Our Return/Exchange Policy

Haldhan offers a 7-Day Exchange Policy for domestic (USA) orders only, starting from the day your order was shipped. We do not accept returns on items purchased online or in-store.

ALL EXCHANGES MUST BE APPROVED BEFORE YOU MAIL YOUR ITEMS BACK.

If you send an UNAPPROVED package to us, it will NOT be processed, and you will be responsible for the shipping fee to return the item to you.

To request an exchange, please contact us via email at [your email address] before shipping your item(s) back. Include your NAME, ORDER NUMBER, and the reason for the exchange (e.g., Wrong Size, Different Color).

If you wish to exchange for a different item, please specify this in your email. Note that if the new item costs more, the difference must be paid before the exchange is processed. If the new item costs less, the difference will be refunded to you, minus the shipping cost of returning the exchanged item.

Exchange Process:

  1. Initial Exchange: Items must be shipped back to us by you, the customer, at your cost. As a one-time courtesy, we will cover the shipping cost of sending the exchanged item back to you.

  2. Further Exchanges: For any additional exchanges, you will be responsible for both the return shipping cost and the shipping cost to send the new item back to you.

ALL SHIPPING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

SALE OR DISCOUNTED ITEM(S) ARE FINAL SALE. If you attempt to return a sale or discounted item (including items purchased with a promo code), we will not process the return, and you will be responsible for the shipping fee to return the item to you. These items are considered final sale.

Note: Haldhan is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during the return or exchange process. If you encounter issues with your package, please contact your shipping provider directly.

International Orders: We do not accept exchanges on international orders at this time.

USA Clients: Please ensure you select the correct sizes when placing your order. If you have questions or concerns about sizing, feel free to reach out to us via social media, especially Snapchat (@haldhanshop). We can provide additional information, including photos and videos of our models in various sizes to help you make an informed decision.
