Refund/Return/Exchange Policy
At this time, Haldhan does not offer returns on items purchased online or at our flagship location (325 33rd Ave N, St. Cloud, MN 56303). We do, however, allow exchanges if an item is not the right size or fit.
Exchange Policy:
In-Store Purchases: Exchanges must be completed within 24 hours of purchase.
Online Purchases (U.S. Orders Only): Exchanges must be requested within 3 days of receipt.
If 3 business days have passed since your online purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must:
Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Be in the original packaging with all tags still attached.
Please email us prior to shipping any items back to ensure we have your exchange item ready for you.
Exemptions:
Items marked as 'Final Sale' are not eligible for exchange.
Jewelry and handbags are not eligible for exchange.
Receipt Requirement:
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping:
To return your product, mail it to: Haldhan 325 33rd Ave N St. Cloud, MN 56303
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
For items valued over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Once we receive the item(s), we will contact you via email with your new tracking number for the exchanged item.
Exchanges May Be Denied If:
Products show obvious signs of use.
The item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
Exchange Process:
Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the receipt of your returned item.
We will inform you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If approved, your exchange will be processed, and a tracking number will be sent to you once the exchanged item is dispatched.
